BallintoyWest of Kenbane, before you come to White Park Bay, a beautiful crescent of sand, backed by cliffs, are Carrick-a-rede rope bridge, a salmon fishermen's bridge spanning an 80-foot (25m) chasm, and not for the faint-hearted, and picturesque Ballintoy Harbour. Much evidence of occupation by man from the neolithic period to the Iron Age has been found in this neighbourhood particularly at the caves in the bay.
